Whiter Teeth?
Crest white strips really work. It does not take long to see results. You can keep them on and forget about them, if you do, they will not do anything to your teeth. The only down side about them is that they cause some people's teeth to become sensitive after use.
Reply:There are several options to whiten your teeth, all the way from asking a dentist to do it for you or buying a whitening kit and doing it at home. This article has the details.
Reply:I used those Crest Whitestrips. They really do work! You can get then at any supermarket, pharmacy, target, walmart etc...

I asked my dentist about them and he said it is the same stuff they use at the denists office, and it is way cheaper.
Reply:Use Hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash..just let it sit in you mouth for a minute or two (Making sure not to swallow any)..then spit it out and brush your teeth..

That seems to work really well for me..but if you still want more, you can either do that again, or brush your teeth with baking soda, it works really good too..=]
Reply:Well they sell different types of teeth whitening products at walmart or any drug stores. They have the strips %26amp; the ones that you put on and

then brush off in the morning or you could go to the dentist %26amp; have it done but that would be way more expensive.
Reply:First thing is to visit your dentist and get a cleaning, you can not whiten overtop of Plaque or tartar. Then once your teeth have been cleaned they will whiten better. You have a few choices here; in-office whitening (this is done in the dentists office, is very quick and effective. But will cause the most sensitivity), out of office (they will take moulds of your teeth and give your a whitening agent to wear in the trays they make. Also effective, but usually takes about 2 weeks to get to desired whitening. Not as sensitive). Over the counter- ie: Whitestrips- work OK, less sensitivy, but does not work as well as the professional systems.

Toothpastes and mouthwashes do not whiten teeth, they only remove some of the stains that are built up. Once you have whitened, you will need to touch up the whitening probably yearly, depending on how much Coffee, tea and soda you drink, these all stain teeth. You should also be brushing twice a day and flossing daily to keep your teeth their whitest.

NEVER use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE in your mouth, this is very bad for your tissues (gums, tongue, etc.)
