Tips for whiter teeth?

My teeth are fine, but I want them to be whiter. Any tips on making them whiter.

P.S. I do brush my teeth. I don't need any silly comments. Thanks.

Reply:uummmm....how can i say this nicely BRUSH THEM AND GO TO A DENTIST TWICE A YEAR EVERY 6 MONTHS
Reply:There are plenty of over the counter aides, but your Dentist has a better alternative. They use light, a special kind, and some other stuff, gell, to make them whiter. It is not cheap and is done over several treaments.
Reply:crest whitening expressions (toothpaste) works well without paying alot of money
Reply:try crest white strips, I have used them they work pretty well.
Reply:Ok i wont tell you to brush you teeth cause some one did that for me. I use a mix of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Use baking soda first just enough to cover the tip of your tooth bush. Rinse with hydrogen peroxide. Hope i help. Good luck and have fun. I also do not reccomend using whitening products. I do not use toothpaste. For a whole year and no cavtys. It will sting and burn it will stop after a wile. Try it it dose work.
Reply:Your dentist can do this for you. Less expensive are white strips - Crest just came out with some new ones that work faster. Also, some other brands of whitening strips are available, too.

If you visit a pharmacist (druggist, in the UK), they can recommend some.

Good luck!
Reply:Well I know a way to make them appear whiter is to wear lip stick/glosses that are cooler colors or tones.
Reply:Strips work really well for me. You may have some sensitivity but it does go away after a few days on the system or once you stop. I'm a coffee drinker and they work every time. I use them every year or so. The key is to go through the whole system to get max results. Or get a professional whitening from your dentist. They have laser treatments. But they are pricey but you'll see results immediately. And better results than otc strips. But if they get stained again, you'll have to get them done again. Upkeep (brushing w/the whitening toothpaste, avoiding dark drinks, smoking, etc) is the key. They also have whitening trays. You buy the trays and just purchase refills later on. This one you have the convienience of doing it at home and do it again if it gets stained. This one is very easy and effective. Or some dentists offer Crest Supreme. Longer strips and higher whitening ingredients. Good luck!
