Reply:Brush, floss, mouthwash, get a whiteing agent such as whitestrips, or there is this 5 min gel that works, but I go to the dentist and get rembrant, or special treatments that work best.
Reply:the most natural way I can think of is stop doing things that stain your teeth in the first place like drinking coffee, tea or smoking. Other than that the Crest whitestrips work very well. They contain hydrogen peroxide which is what whitens your teeth, I guess it could be considered natural as it breaks down to water and oxygen to whiten your teeth and whats more natural than water and oxygen
