how does the baking soda method of whitening teeth actually work? What are the directions

Baking Soda method, from what I understand, would be to just brush your teeth with baking soda. I've tried it and it lightened them only slightly, so I decided to purchase a whitening system that was stronger, gave longer lasting results, taste great, and has proven result. I prefer to use the mouth trays, but there are stronger tooth paste whitener on the market today. Checking out the prices, ingredient, and strength on-line and Ebay. And I've tried all of the methods that I have previously suggested to you. My decision was based wholly on how easy the whitening process was, how quick it was, how non-harming it was etc.





I am glad that I found the product that I am using( Tooth whitener- Sunshineauction-Ebay ) and have been using it for at least a couple of years now. This is the best, compared to getting it done in the office by a Dentist, which is more expensive. Go for it, this was the single best investment I made in myself in all of my life
