Whiter teeth?

i recently got my braces off and now my teeth are not as white as they used to be :( (there not all icky and gross though)





do you have any tips for making them sparkel agein?


do you think i should try a home bleaching kit? can you recoment one?

After the orthodontist removes your braces it is necessary to visit your regular dentist for a scale and polish..ie a clean.


It has been impossible to brush as thoroughly as you would have liked whilst wearing braces ( especially a Fixed brace, commonly known as traintracks) as plaque can build up where the stud was attached.


So visit your dentist and then brush, rinse and floss regularily for your new smile.
