Whiter Teeth?

I use Crest whitestrips and i think they work awesome, but everytime i use them, my teeth hurt so bad! They make me have this sharp, nerve-wrenching pain in my gums and teeth. What should i do? I need to whiten my teeth again bc they are getting stained, but i don't know whether i should suck it up and take the pain or try something else? Also, does this pain mean it is bad for me? any suggestions would be appreciated. Thx :)

the emulsion or medium that hold the whitening substance is prone to dehydrate the teeth





your teeth need two things





1.sensodyne toothpaste left on for 3 min a day





2.pre treatement with desensitizer go on line and look





the teeth are telling you were getting dry by the pain please do not make the nerves talk it increases the possability of nerves being active also the dehydration can cause damage to your roots if its one excessivly





my advice go to the dentist for a in office whitining and not repeated applications
