Can i get noticably whiter teeth in 1 0r 2 weeks, if so, how?

Over the counter bleaches work as long as they are used as directed AND your teeth are susceptible. Office whitings just get you there faster. The initial results may look whiter, but that's due to dehydration. After the teeth rehydrate, they go back. If your teeth have a grayish cast to them, those seldom bleach well. Bleach works best on yellow or orangish shade teeth. Some brownish teeth work best with 2 kits used in a continued process.
Reply:Check with your dentist to see if he offers white/brite trays. If so, you can take them home and bleach whenever you like. It depends how stained your teeth are, but you can were these up to 8 hours a day. You can work in them if you need to, they are not noticeable. Also, Crest white strips work great. You can buy them at Wal-Mart and can tell a difference in a couple of days. Although, they are not as effecive as the dental trays.
