If I use peroxide and baking soda as a toothpaste, how long will it take until i notice whiter teeth?

Has anyone ever done this and seen positive results? I want the best remedy to whiten my teeth a bit. Your answers are appreciated.

This will work, you could do the baking soda alone. But, don;t do it on a regular bases, not good for the ename. There are products on the market also to whiten teeth. Oh, You should see a difference with the baking soda right away.

Reply:Don't use just baking soda make sure you brush your teeth three times a day with a American Dental Association (ADA) approved tooth paste. They contain fluoride, which is something that hardens your tooth enamel. If you don't have fluoride your teeth are at EXTREAM risk of cavities.

Reply:I used to use Baking Soda, when I was 17 -20. It worked great, and gave me dazzling white teeth. Problem is I am now 29 and my teeth are a mess, I will prolly have to have a full set of dentures when I get saved up for it. I'm pretty sure I ruined the enamal (protective coating) on my teeth with the baking soda.
