Peroxide and Baking Soda mixed with your regular tooth paste.
Reply:Yes, it worked for me.
Reply:the whitestrips work and arent that expensive at walmart
Reply:Rembrandt whitner strips are the best to use since it uses a waxy like disposable mold per use that actually sits on your teeth and doesn't move around like the alternative brands. I am not sure that there is a certain flavor... I think I use mint, but not sure.

Give it a try... I think it works a ton better than the other leading name brands ~ I got my sample trial from the dentist and noticed a huge difference after using 15 applications over an extended period of time.

I use the toothpaste too, but also like the whitner molds as well.
Reply:Whitening toothpastes are mainly for removing superficial stains only e.g coffee, tea, food, smoking etc.
Reply:Just brush your teeth with Peroxide and Baking Soda mixed with your regular tooth paste its probably items you already have in your house and you don't have to waste money on expensive items. Its all those things contain anyways.
