is there any cool formula or something that i can make myself with things around my house? what do you recommend?

Aquafresh white trays work great and the cost is around 30 bucks...straight bleach isnt safe please dont try that, if anything you can add some extra baking soda to your regular toothpaste

Reply:Use baking soda when you brush your teeth. I would also suggest brushing your teeth literally all day if you have something big planned for the next day. There is nothing around the house that can automatically make your teeth white, you have to buy stuff, and usually teeth whiteners aren't cheap. At the store you can buy some for as cheap as erm 12-15 bucks? Look in the section where you would buy toothpaste and such.





Definitely do NOT use bleach. That is very dangerous.
Reply:Bi- carbinate soda. This was the safe and cheap way in the olden days and still used today.





It doesnt taste very nice but it will all be worth it if you do it right. Twice a day like normal toothpaste. I have known a man that used to use that as a very little boy and he still has all his teeth to this day and he is in his 80's.





Dont know if you have heard of kim and aggie from how clean is your house show...but kim used to use soot from a chimney. I dont know much about that mind you or the health risks so i would stick with the bi-carb that is easy and cheap to buy in any general store.
