How can you make your teeth whiter ?

I have braces and I won't to make my teeth whiter at home is there anything I can do ? Anything please help

Do this for 2 months-


Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, then using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use mouth rinse with fluoride for the last minute.





If that doesn't improve your teeth, then continue to do that but also use crest whitening strips.


If the those to things don't satisfy you then go to your dentist and have them whiten them.

Even if you have your dentist whiten then still brush your teeth how I described.





Also, smoking and drinking coffee discolors teeth.
Reply:There's a lot of things that you can do. I would suggest Crest White Strips, but since you have braces, that may not be the best option, as they get kinda messy. I use Crest Night Effects, because my teeth are crowded and the strips don't work. Just brush it on at night and brush your teeth in the morning. Works fine for me!





Also, swishing peroxide (I know, sounds nasty) can help whiten your teeth. I did this for a while also, but I didn't like the aftertaste.

Reply:I had the same problem!It's actually best not too use a whitening tooth paste when you have braces, because if the toothpaste does work, when you get the braces off, you'll have yellow spots where the braces were. Try whitening strips when you get them off!
