Hey does anyone know how to get your teeth whiter?
use crest white strips, or whitening toothpaste 2 times a day or 3 which ever u choose or go to your dentist
Reply:Someone just told me that most whitening toothpastes use Hydrogen peroxide to whiten, so she told me that the brown bottle has a 3% concentration of it and told me to gargle a bit of that with warm water for about a minute then spit it out. DO NOT SWALLOW.
It's also really inexpensive.
