What remedies can I use to make hands softer and my teeth whiter?

My hands are very rough its like I have been doing construction or something I drive alot so I dont know if that is what causes the calluses. I just want softer hands that a female should have!!





My teeth are very yellow they are not crooked and I dont have cavities so why are they so yellow I dont drink coffee and I dont smoke so why are they so yellow and what is the best method to use to restore them to pearly white status

My sister and friends always touch the top of my hands and say how soft they are. I use St. Ives vitamin E at night. It gives you 200% the moisture. It is greasier so I use this only at night. A great way is to wear special gloves while sleeping. You can find them at the drugstore. Just rub in slightly more moisturizer and wear the gloves. You can also do this for feet w/socks. Keep a few bottles around. Hydrate immediately after washing hands or right after the shower. Water can be really drying.


For whiter teeth, I use Crest whitestrips. In the classic or renewal box. The premiums they have do not work for me. I drink coffee and a former smoker. I have been using these for over 3 years and even my dentist said she is impressed. Or you can always get a professional whitening from your dentist. Good luck! =)
Reply:The best hand cream I have found is Neutrogena Norwegian Hand Formula. It is great. Try putting it on at night before bed. You can also buy white cotton gloves at the drug store and try putting them on after applying the cream and sleeping in them. It will help a lot.





As far as your teeth I would try the Crest Whitening strips. They might help with your yellow teeth. If they don't work consult with a dentist about professional bleaching.

Reply:Try mixing honey with sugar on your hands, that will definitely soften up your hands! Also use those moisturizes that are designed for severely dry skin.


As for your teeth, have you considered buying those over the counter products specifically for whiter teeth? I have heard that brushing your teeth with baking soda helps whiten them too.

Reply:Calluses are from constantly holding the steering wheel. I use to have a driving job and had the same thing. Especially on my middle finger. Use vaseline and hand gloves at night....wash off in the a.m.....when you take a tub bath soak your hands for about 15 minutes at least and scrub the calluses with a pumes stone.





Teeth, yellow, not a caffeine drinker (everyone gets that, probably in other foods we don't even realize we're eating, dyes and stuff)....but economical whitener would be brush with peroxide and baking soda, rinse with warm/salty water (for red gums).....
Reply:my absolute favorite lotion is called septodent. you can buy it online from dental product suppliers. Its made for those who are repeatedly washing their hands and putting gloves on, my hands get soooo dry from all the washing and the gloves, but this stuff is awesome.





as for the whitening, give crest white strips a shot and if that doesnt do it for you go to your dentist office and have them do in office bleaching or make some custom trays for you and give you a take home bleach kit.
