How do you get whiter teeth without spending too much money?

First of all, what is too much money?





My aunt is a dental assistant and uses the Crest Whitening strips. and swears by them. They are actually used in some dentists offices and dentists will prescribe them to you instead of getting the expensive whitening done.


Also try baking soda toothpaste!

Just brush your teeth with peroxide and your regular toothpaste.

Reply:brush them morning and night with a whitening toothpaste, eventually, they will get whiter... dont drink too much coffee, or eat too much chocolate...if you do brush your teeth right after, since those things can stain, dont drink things with lots of fake colour like orange pop....


some people dont like whitening tooth paste cuz it has bleach so i think you can use baking soda

Reply:You can rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Avoid drinking dark liquids, like red wine, coffee, tea, cola, etc. Chew whitening gum, use white strips if you can afford them..
