These are absolutely amazing, my teeth were sparkling after using twice a day for about 5 days. I stopped then as they got a little senstitive for a couple of days, but even after 4 months if I use them for just 2 days in a row they whiten up

Just thought I'd share my find xx
Just a tip for anyone wanting whiter teeth without paying loads?
Brush your teeth for 5minutes 4 times a day, using Crest whitening expressions toothpaste for 2 minutes, then using a mixture of baking soda and peroxide for 2 minutes, then use mouth rinse with fluoride for the last minute.
If that doesn't improve your teeth, then continue to do that but also use crest whitening strips.
If the those to things don't satisfy you then go to your dentist and have them whiten them. It only cost me $160

Even if you have your dentist whiten then still brush your teeth how I described.
Also, smoking and drinking coffee discolors teeth.
Reply:They are great but not suitable if you ahve decay in any of your front teeth or fillings or crowns in your front teeth as these will not change colour and will not match your new tooth colour
Reply:Hi,
you can get them a lot cheeper,
as my son got some on ebay (brand new in box) for about half the price.
Reply:I think hydrogen peroxide mixed with equal parts water is more suitable and much less damaging.
Reply:Thank you for the info, but you have to be careful because they can eat away at the enamel on your teeth if you use them too often. This is probably why your teeth were sensitive after awhile.
Reply:I looked at the website for this product and I dont like what I see, £50-00 is a lot to pay for something so simple to achieve, Salvadora Persica recommended by the world health org say that if you use this nothing else is needed, even brushing! also it takes about two years for the yellow effect of coffee to disappear and also tea.
Reply:I recently watched a program warning about teeth whitening products causing serious damage to teeth.
Many contain higher than the legal amount of peroxide so I would check that out before use and maybe ask the opinion of a dentist as to whether they are safe or not. If a dentist says they are safe I may consider using them as they look like a easy way to get whiter teeth. I noticed there was no ingredients list on the web site.......a bit worrying.
Reply:cheaper %26amp; maybe less damaging see this demo! http://www.metacafe.com/watch/742429/whi...
