Listen to me - I get compliments all the time on my white teeth so I know what I am talking about





Before you brush your teeth, gargle with this new stuff Listerine makes. You will see it in a white opague bottle near the regular ones. Use a whitening toothpaste (like crest or Colgate, whatever) then use regular Listerine in whatever flavor.





Always use a straw when you drink - even coffee - sip through a stirrer.





Use Crest white strips.





Chew new orbit whitening gum.





If you do all this, you will have whiter teeth in 2 weeks. Promise.

GoSmile B1 is the best, I use it and I've used TONS of others. Go to eBay to find them cheaper. You'll use the B1 twice a day for 7-10 days depending on how stained your teeth are, you'll love it!

Reply:if you don't want to buy whitening strips, brush your teeth with baking soda. it tastes absolutely nasty, but it works. if you don't want to do that, use crest white strips premium. they work, but are more expensive.

Reply:Cut back on foods that stain like tea, coffee, red wine etc, and brush using a whitening toothpaste. You can also buy home whitening kits for your teeth too.

All in all your still not going to get the same effect as if you were going to a dentist. It's expensive but you see a much more dramatic improvement and lasts longer.

Reply:I used Dr. George's Teeth Whitening Kit, which I got at my local Walgreen's for $10. In just a few days, my teeth were noticeably lighter, and it was much cheaper than Crest Whitestrips.





Several years ago I used a bleaching system provided by my dentist, and I have to say that the results were very similar and the Dr. George product tasted better.

Reply:use mouthwash 2 times daily ans brush your teeth night and day ( daily) always floss ur teeth and keep them in good condition or get rip clean ahh set its a little wipe which is blue put on ur finger and brush smoothly over teeth wait 10 min and you see the difference you can take theses anyway you dont need tooth paste or and liquid just slot on ur finger and the job is done.. go on google and look more up. there are good after a chinees or a meal cleans teeth freshons breath .... in 1 ....
