How to have whiter teeth?

Other than brushing your teeth when you wake up and before you sleep, any other ways to whiten teeth?

How to have whiter teeth?
Absolutely!

1. Floss twice a day. . .this helps to remove dirty items from your mouth and this will cause less bacteria and build up

2. Brush after every meal. . . .some say twice a day, but brush breifly if possible after everything you eat.

3. Listerine has a pre rinse whitening mouth wash. . .I suggest lightly brushing this on and leaving it for a minute or two before you brush. . .let some oxygen get to your teeth when it is on to help activate the ingredients

4. Rembrandt has a great 2 hour treatment in stores now. . .can find it at walmart. . .brightens pretty dramatically. . .but can cause sensitivity. . .

otherwise, white strips by crest. . .but those can take a week or two. . .
Reply:Use Crest White Strips or have a dentist whiten your teeth.

If you are willing to shell out quite a bit of money, you can have your dentist bleach your teeth, which may leave them sensitive for a while, but significantly whiter. Since I have not had this done, I am unsure if it is over one visit, or several, but a dentist could let you know the facts.

Crest whitestrips are available over the counter, and are slightly sticky pieces of plastic with goo on one side that you let sit on your teeth for 30 minutes at a time. You can find these in your toothpaste aisle and they, too, may leave your teeth feeling a bit sensitive to colds, hots, and sweets. One of the active ingredients in whitestrips is hydrogen peroxide. Mixing one part of water and one part of hydrogen peroxide, and swishing it in your mouth can help whiten your teeth. (Don't swallow it, though).

Finally, there are also natural ways to whiten your teeth including brushing your teeth with baking soda which reduces stains on your teeth. Another way to white teeth is to occasionally brush your teeth with mashed strawberries. You would think that it would just turn your teeth pink, but it helps whiten them.
Reply:consult a dental expert before choosing an at-home teeth whitening system that has quality ingredients that can deliver safe and effective whiter teeth results in just a matter of time.

discolored and stained teeth are caused by the food you eat and the drinks that you take in. be wary that the most common culprits that can stain teeth are colas, coffee, tea, chocolates, sauces, plum, red wine, etc. try to avoid these culprits if you want to maintain white teeth.

the use of straw when drinking colas and iced tea will be much helpful. for more tips on how to whiten teeth visit http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com
