i heard that it works for some time only, and after a while it will be even worse for your teeth. is this true?
Who uses white strips for whiter teeth?
It will make your teeth sensitive, plus if you have fillings they may get damaged. But they do make your teeth whiter.
Reply:I used them once, and they do a great job.
The only thing is, that it isn't really permanent and it eats away at the enamel.

Reply:I do. I love them. Crest white are the best. I'm not a big fan of the disolving kind. But they work really well. I talked to my dentist before I used them. She said that they are not bad for your teeth. And I have had no problems and I have been using them for years.
Reply:I think if you brush regularly and thoroughly you will get the same effect without any risk of damage to your teeth.
You can also try swabbing after the regular brushing with a q-tip dipped in peroxide. Dentists recommend that after some tooth or gum operations that keep you from brushing and it is a good supplement anytime to get stuff your brushing and flossing missed..

Reply:Some toothpastes claim to whiten teeth. There's nothing wrong with using whitening toothpastes as long as they also contain fluoride and ingredients that fight plaque and tartar. Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
