I also suggest going to the dentist rather than use the possible remedies given on here. Yes peroxide and baking soda will brighten your teeth, but the baking soda will also take off the enamel from your teeth. Many of today's whitening products will do that. Crest or Colgate strips will help whiten your teeth, but it will take a major commitment. Dentists have lasers and other ways to whiten the teeth quickly and without damaging the enamel. Good luck.

Reply:Don't try bleach. . . my mum did that years ago and ended up really damaging the enamel on her teeth - not pretty!





I would suggest either getting one of the gental whitening toothpastes or speaking to a dentist.

If you have the money, you could go to your dentist and have your teeth whitened professionally - if possible, I would suggest this, because your dentist will check the health of your teeth too, so they will look their very best.





If not, use an electric toothbrush and dental floss every day.
