How do i get whiter teeth?

My dentist told me to drink any pop or coffee through a straw to reduce cavities plus not stain the teeth. Use crest white strips to whiten. They work great, but can make teeth sensitive. You can pick it up just about anywhere. Also, brush your teeth everynight right before you go to bed. Then rinse with ACT 3 mouthwash. That mouthwash will protect your teeth from any bacteria over night. Just dont eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after you use it. Good Luck :)

Reply:brushing your teeth!!!!!!!!!
Reply:brush teeth 2-3 times a day. use toothpaste that says whitning, also whitning strips. or if you want go to a dentist and have them whitin teeth for you.
Reply:Ground-up chalk or charcoal or use ashes

to brush your teeth instead of using toothpaste.
Reply:Using whitening products such as toothpaste, gum, and stuff like Crest Whitestrips can help whiten your teeth. However, using them very often can actually destroy your tooth enamel, resulting in tooth sensitivity issues. The best way to whiten your teeth is to consult your dentist for a tooth-whitening session. It's quick, effective, but you have to remember that your teeth will get yellow if you smoke, drink coffee, soda, and tea often, or not brush your teeth on a daily basis.
Reply:well you can get whiter teeth by not drinking coffe or tea because they yellow your teeth. Also for about $40 you can get crest white strips. I've used them and if you put them on before you go to bed and sleep with them on they work well. I did that instead of following the directions and it worked for me.

good luck!
Reply:You can see a dentist for teeth whitening. THis really works and you can the difference right away if you have it done the same day in the detnal office. You'll like the results.
Reply:A dental office visit for chairside teeth whitening system would be the best option as a single visit, though expensive. You have choices like BriteSmile, Zoom2, etc. Home bleach takes many weeks to achieve results and people are hardly able to maintain the proper schedule, only to give up mid way and then complain about the particular product used.
