I have tried the over the counter strips etc...even had the 500. in the dental chair thing done, within a month they were back to yellow, I really hate them...any one know anything that works?...thanks...

gargle daily with peroxide. Dont swallow it! It will whiten your teeth. Its only like $1 bottle.

Reply:well..you can rub ur teeth wid salt and mustard oil before brushing them


or u can use the inside white portion of lemon and rub them on ur teeth.


or else u can go for cleaning or scaling from dentist..


it will help u surely.. it can b done daily and u ll get whiter teeth..i assure u.

smoker?drink coffee a lot? what about dark colas (pepsi, coke, dr. pepper)?
