Does chewing gum help you get whiter teeth?
No... they don't really whiten teeth. All they really do is whiten your molars, and do nothing to the teeth that actually show when you smile.
Reply:depends on the gum
Reply:Only some gums, you can ask your dentist for dental gum but the gums you see in stores can have loads of sugar in them.
Reply:no because the whitening gums also have sugar in them wich turns to plaque
Reply:NO IT ROTS YOUR TEETHAND GUMS ALMOST IMEDFIATLY, TRY CHEWING TOBACCO INSTEAD
Reply:make sure it's sugar free.

Then- it will
Reply:The Trident White and Orbit seem to work.
Reply:you would have to chew a lot
Reply:The whitening gums can work, if you chew them constantly. They are loaded with sugar or if they are sugar free chemical sweeteners and these are not good for your teeth at all. The best way to keep your teeth white is to brush them after meals, floss daily and if you drink a lot of coffee, tea and colas; you need to brush your teeth more frequently as those items will discolor your teeth. Smoking is very dangerous for your health and your teeth also. You should be having a professional cleaning at the dentist at least once per year. You do not want to make your teeth too white, as that is not a natural look and everyone will know that it is fake. Good luck and have a good night!
Reply:it really depends on the brand of the gum.
Reply:i dunno
