Reply:I use this method. Mix baking soda with water or hygrogen peroxide and use that to brush your teeth. This is non toxic (baking soda is used in baking, after all), so it is not threatening to your health at all. It really does work, too. You can pour it down the drain when you're finished- it does not harm your plumbing.
Reply:sometimes they're the whitesst they can get (genetics), and i really do not suggest white strips or thosse kits. you cann't really whiten them (what i suggesst is that brush at least twice a day and floss but dont do anything else) o yea u can uses baking soda or hydrogen peroxide (heard they work) BUT DO NOT USE TOO MUCH becauses baking soda is like sasndpaper to your teeth and it might damage your enamel (however you spell it) and if that gets damaged then you're screwed...
Reply:White strips, or over the counter bleaching trays. Also, mix your mouthwash with 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and swish for a minute. This keeps your teeth white.
