How to make my teeth whiter?

im going to a party tomorrow and i want my teeth whiter. i have braces so thats also an issue. i only have one night, so is there something i can apply or eat/drink to make them i little whiter?

Reply:brush better...or last time i went to bed bath and beyond they have this thing you can but that you like put in your mouth with a brite light and supposably you hold it next to your teeth for a while and it makes them whiter

for tomorrow, you can go to a dentist thing and get your teeth whitened for like $100 in an hour.

side note-if you have braces, you really should make a huge effort to take care of your teeth to insure all that you are going thru now, pays off!

you cant put bleach on them. there is no type of bleach solution you can put on your teeth without actual impressions of your teeth.





There is no such highly effective way to whiten your teeth in one day with just whitening tooth paste. even brushing your teeth better wont do any change, as much as you brush your teeth, itd take up to a few years to gain a lighter shade of color to white if you just brushed your teeth regularly without using whitening strips and so on.





you can't use whitening strips either, the brackets will be in the way.
