Whiter teeth please!!?

i recently got my braces off and now my teeth are not as white as they used to be :( (there not all icky and gross though)





do you have any tips for making them sparkel agein?


do you think i should try a home bleaching kit? can you recoment one?

Reply:u can get a toothpast which is a tooth paste i use it because i've just had my braces off n there white n shiny after using that plus it only costs -3 pound but it works wunders trust me
Reply:Just mix a bit of bicarbonate of soda with your toothpaste and it should bring them up white again, I've always cleaned my teeth with it, be careful with some of the bleaching kits they may irritate your gums, good luck.

Whitening toothpaste (crest pro-health.. but the "whitening bubbles" help too). Also toothpaste with baking soda is good.


I also gargle with 3% hydrogen peroxide.. it whitens teeth. Dilute it down with water.


I also use whitening mouthwash in combination with the above 2 that i mentioned.


The $20 whitening strips at walmart make your teeth whiter.. but not as white as u see in the commercials. They work though. They help your teeth look better but doesnt give you the whitest teeth/
Reply:i though the same thing when i got mine off, they are probably the same shade and its just a trick of the mind, dont go too drastic too fast, you dont what it to look like there dentures, start with whitening toothpaste, if you are unsatisfied them move on to whitening strips, then at home bleaching, then proffessional bleaching, talk to your orthodontist too, they might be able to do some stuff, it might still be included in braces cost, or covered by your insurance (if you have decent dental insuarance) i live in canada so it might be different, but like 80% of the braces were paid by the insuarance so ask you orthodontist, also try your family dentist for reccomendations on products and other methods
Reply:Hope u know someone who smokes.. take cigarette ash. smear it over ur teeth. then rinse ur mouth with bleach for laundry. then take honey and brush ur teeth with it.

My Secret Is...!


To give them a right good extra long brushing once a week (as well as your usual daily brushing routine) with half a mug full of luke warm water mixed with lots and lots of salt, the water should be luke warm sos to melt the grains of salt.


I feel this realy cleans my teeth and gums and not only does my teeth feel great afterwards, my gums do to, but be sure not to be too rough or your gums will feel sensitive the next day.
