How can i have whiter teeth ?
Use those supermarket whitening pastes. Find out what you doing to stain them and stop it.
Reply:at your local dentist they cost £100 to have the laser treatment...ask around..
Reply:dear you? there is one BLANX DENTI SENSIBILI and pearl drops, i do not think that thay are that much, do you smock and do you drink black coffee, i am 60, yes i do not work, but after a meal, in to the bath room,we have a dentest hosptel, cost nothing to go,have a go mike
Reply:I've been trying Blanx toothpaste which I have found to be really good. It's quite expensive though, about £6.75 for a tube. Or you could try that whitener by Pearls as it's different to a toothpaste. Obviously, if you are a smoker, Give Up! and if you drink lots of tea or coffee, Cut Back.
Reply:I saw on a tv show (ive not tried this) if you get some strawberries and crush them up then rub them on your teeth its meant to make them whiter. I find my teeth always look better after a clean and polish from the dentist. Then after that I floss, mouthwash and brush everytime I clean my teeth.
Reply:Have you tried the Pearl Drops Electric Toothpaste, you use it with an electric toothbrush and it contains an ingredient that Dentists' use for cleaning your teeth. I've also tried loads of others in the past but this one really worked for me, I noticed a difference after the first time (coffee drinker)
Reply:Teeth are not naturally white, adult teeth are alot more yellow in comparison to baby teeth, this is due to the dentine which is the part of the tooth under the enamel which is thicker in adult teeth and gives the tooth its bulk and colour. Everyone has different shades of teeth this is natural. Things such as smoking, highly coloured foodstuffs, tea, coffee and red wine contibute to tooth staining. Whitening toothpastes will not change the colour of your teeth, the content of 'bleach' that they put in the tooth will not affect the tooth substance. Some of the whitening kits that are available over the counter do have a higher content of 'bleach ' in but some of them are too high and can be damaging.

There are however many side effects such as sensitivity and the bleaching is not permanent smoking, red wine tea and coffee will gradually discolour the teeth again so bleaching needs to be carried out regularly.

You can speak to your dentist about home bleaching kits they may advise a particular brand or question them about in house bleaching which they may carry out. There are several different types available now, from ones that are carried out in the surgery to specially made trays in which bleach is placed and they are worn over night.

Everyone has varying results and even people who bleach regualrly may never reach the highest level of whiteness.

There are more drastic measures as well such as porelain veneers and crowns, but these are destructive removing part of the tooth surface and will need replacing after 10-15 years max.

The best advice is to speak to your dentist about which they recommend, you ned to make sure that you follow the advice as you do not want to damage your teeth.Whtever you do do not rub lemons or strawberries or anyother fruits into your teeth. They contain fruit sugars which are acidic and will erode the enamel of your teeth destoying the enamel if you use this frequently

Good Luck with your whiter smile.
Reply:The cheapest and fastest way to whiten is to put hydrogen peroxide on your teeth every night before bed. You can do it after you brush, I usually just take a Q-Tip and dip it in the bottle and spread it over my teeth. It can be foamy and sort of uncomfortable, which is why you want to do it right before bed. For people who don't know, most teeth bleaches are made from hydrogen peroxide. You should have a brighter smile within a couple days.
Reply:i guess youll have to give up caffine for a very short period to start somewhere because with the caffine your chances for getting white teeth are reduced.(attempts will be useless if you keep constanly consuming caffine for example.) i think try to go caffine free or a little caffine for about two weeths. As you continue to use the whitening strips and toothpastes see if there is a change, then if your teeth do get whiter you can come up with a plan on when to drink the caffine and a close brushing time near it.

I would also suggest the 12 hour protection from colgate if you are a coffee lover and wont be able to brush until 12 hours after.

Oh and maybe even try mouthwash. i pour a little dab of mouthwash onto my toothbrush. maybe that will make it whiter i dunno

i dont know, but i hope to get white too

good luck!
Reply:i been using oral b 12 hour protection 4 times a day! and everyone is saying how white me teeth look so try that! also cut out coffe and coke or anything else you could be eating thats staining your teeth!
Reply:Stop smoking!

i'm gorgeous!
