Reply:Except from the usual things like brushing your teeth going for a scale and polish at your dentist and staying away from red wine,coffe etc theres not alot more you can do without bleaching. STAY AWAY FROM WHITENING TOOTHPASTES they are abrasive and damage your teeth.
