i brush my teeth twice a day floss mouthwash and everything but they never look white can you help me ??????

Reply:Crest whitening strips work really, really well... also, the best whitening toothpaste I've found is Arm %26amp; Hammer Extra Whitening. It is soooo good and I get compliments on my teeth all the time just from using that.
Reply:i use whitener that i find in the tooth paste section.. lol sorry i dont remember the name.. its a liquid stuff you brush over your teeth.
Reply:Use some baking soda! Put it on a wet toothbrush and brush your teeth! It will remove superficial stains such as from tea, coffee, cola etc. Really works. Also rubbing a strawberry that has been cut in half on your teeth is supposed to work, although never tried it myself!

in the meantime, stay away from foods that stain, like cigs, coffee, tea, etc.
