Natural way for whiter teeth?
Sprinkle Baking Soda on your tooth paste. Taste nasty, but it works.
Reply:brush after everymeal; also there a listorine mouth wash that helps; other than that BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH
Reply:baking soda...put some on your toothbrush and brush your teeth with it.. (its nasty...but it does work)
Reply:BLEACH!!!
Reply:eat citrus fruits such as lemons (eat in a reasonable amount)
Reply:Put bakin soda on your tooth paste.
Reply:I had braces and my teeth were kinda nasty but I went to the dentist had them cleaned really good and use a spin tooth brush. There is a very noticable difference and I still have a bright smile like I did when the dentist cleaned my teeth. So try it!
Reply:Dark foods and liquids (colas, coffee) will stain the teeth, so rinse, or brush, after eating and drinking. With the dentists permission, you could rinse your mouth once or twice a week with hydrogen peroxide. Don't swallow it! Don't use it too often as it will cause tiny cracks in the tooth enamel. Give your dentist or the dental hygienist a phone call.
Reply:ummmmmm well i brush my teeth for 4 minutes 1 minute on the left mollers 1 minute on right mollers i minute on front teeth 30 seconds on inside bottom and 30 seconds on inside top or just 1 minute on the left mollers 1 minute on right mollers 2 minute on front teeth
Reply:Mix peroxide, and baking soda, swish a round in your mouth for as long as you can, spit out (DO NOT swallow) Your gums will look a little whitish, don't worry it's only for a Minuit or so. This is perfectly safe, my dentist said it' a good way to heal canker sores, it whitens too, tho stripes work better.
Reply:Try Apples!
Reply:A very good dentist from New York City recommended me to rinse with hydrogen peroxide. And it makes sense if you read the ingredients used in products to whiten teeth.
Reply:Rub strawberry over your teeth as i saw it on tv what models do.
