Yes. brush them with a toothbrush. works everytime.
Reply:Use whitening gum often. And whitening toothpaste. Also tan your face. If it has color it will make your teeth appear whiter.

Reply:umm i have the crest white strips and they surprising work. i accidentally did it on just the top one day haha so the bottom aren't as white, lol but its not too noticeable.


also make sure if you eat or drink things that can stain your teeth you should brush your teeth right after, like pizza, cause of the sauce. or spaghetti or coffee or soda.
