How to get whiter teeth?

What are some suggestions for me to get whiter teeth besides brushing, flossing and mouthrinsing. I was thinking that I should trub on some baking soda! I don't know, but I need whiter teeth quick! Please Help.

I'm a heavy coffee/tea drinker, and I recently did a UV light whitening treatment called Zoom.





It's not cheap %26amp; it's not for the weak-hearted, since the treatment will make your teeth very sensitive to hot/cold for a day or two, but the results are very dramatic.
Reply:My dentist said to mix baking soda and peroxide to make a paste and brush your teeth once every 2 weeks with it. It does help. Also the crest whitening strips are awesome and work really fast!! Good luck!

Reply:you can also try teeth whiteners bought from local drug stores. the most effective treatment is the type done at a dentist where they make a tray of your upper and lower teeth from molding the shape of your teeth. The tray is clear and flexible and made out of some type of plastic. then you put a small amount of bleach on the tray and wear it all night as you sleep and two weeks later you'll have whiter teeth. You now can get similar kits from the drugstore. I'd try that first since it will be less expensive than going to the dentist. Most dentist charge at least 200 for this. Good luck.
Reply:Well my dad uses cream of tartar and it actually made his teeth whiter, but i bought a box of walmart brand whitening strips and i could actually see a differnce, they work really really good.
