How can I get my teeth whiter?

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can make my teeth whiter using something i can find in the house...Yes i brush everyday and ive tried putting a little peroxide on my toothbrush but it still doesnt get it as white as I want them...Please give me any suggestions you may have that will hold me over until my next dentist appointment.

k..........this is REALLY easy. make a mixture of baking soda, and salt and a few drop of water. apply to teeth.wash of after 1 min!voila! sparkling teeth!

Reply:Use whitening toothpaste three times a day with a little peroxide like your doing now, also get some Crest Whitening Strips (they really do work!!) and use those when you wake up for a half hour and a half hour before you go to sleep. Let me know if it works, it did for me!
Reply:You can buy teeth whitening kits fairly cheap now and they work depending upon the brand. Go for ones you are familiar with, if not go for the one you think is best.


You can get it done prefessionally but it cost quite a lot.


In the meantime, use teeth whitening toothpastes or ones for smokers as they are stronger to get stains off their teeth.

Reply:Brush with Baking Soda twice a week. Its cheap, its easy and really works. You could also opt to go to the dentist for teeth whitening.





One more thing: if you smoke, don't expect white teeth. The tar from your cigarette will stick to your teeth and they will never be white. Quit while you still have your lungs!
Reply:when drinking coffee, tea and soda use a straw so it doesn't flow across the front of your teeth... all three stain your teeth.... baking soda works well too..... i don't think peroxide is safe...

Reply:Rembrant 2 Hour White. You can buy it at any drugstore. I swear by it. It works fast...you dont have to worry about those dumb strips for 2 weeks. I always get compliments on how white my teeth are...2 hour white is my secret.
Reply:Tea Tree Oil natural whitening toothpaste, it leaves teeth very clean. I know they sell it at Sun Harvest stores.
Reply:The best thing that you can find around the house and the cheapest ingredients that you will find laying around are baking soda and lime....mix both ingredients together in the same quantity and use them as well your toothpaste, an also if you can aim to brush your teeth with these ingredients after you have tea or coffee, that could help too.
