Reply:first brush your teeth. Second, tell you parents to buy you a bottle of hydrogen peroxide at the local pharmacy. It is inexpensive and all you do is swish in your mouth for a couple of seconds.It works great and the results are amazing.


p.s don't swallow the peroxide.

Reply:At 11, I wonder why it is that you are so worried about the color of your teeth. I say brush your teeth well and they will be as white as they can be on their own. Later, when your about 16 to 18 you can get them bleached if you so wish. I would also say to avoid those things that can cause your teeth to stain, as in coffee, smoking (I assume you don't smoke), colas, etc etc.





Remember, everyones teeth has some color to them and are rarely as white as snow. It is natural.
