i really want whiter teeth.. my teeth are pretty white now.. but i want them WHITE :P

Reply:my dentist just recently told me that if once a week you mix some baking soda with water, so that it is a paste you put it on your tooth brush like tooth paste and brush your teeth with it, your teeth will be whiter in no time.
Reply:You can see your dentist. But if you still drink some coffee, tea or red wine, just stop drinking things like that. :)

Reply:i read this in magazine gargle red food coloring it make your gums more red and teeth look whiter and it said it won't stain your teeth but i haven't tried it
