How do i get whiter teeth!?

I had braces, and now i wont white teeth..





I use hrdrogen peroxide [i think, or someting like that] and i never seem to see results!!





What else can i do..





i am never happy with my teeth, and i don't think i ever will be..





what can i do to make them white...





What things can i use that will work quick..





i wont things that i can buy from the super markets like..





baking soda..i know thats suppose t help..how long will i have to use it until i see results!!





What other things can i buy..!!

If you're a coffee junkie like I am, cut back or brush your teeth after you're through. Make sure to floss to get stuff in between your teeth. What works for me is dipping my toothbrush in some hydrogen and peroxide, then baking soda, and then I top that off with toothpaste. Use a soft brush tooth brush. Hard tooth brushes doesn't mean better results. It's actually more abrasive. Also, I've used Crest White Strips. These work good as well. Do the brushing at least 2x/day and you'll see results. If you're teeth are really stained, I would see a dentist and get it zoomed. Good Luck! Oh yeah, I really like colgate whitening toothpaste a lot too.

Reply:First of all, keep them clean. I brush AT LEAST twice a day.





Also, try Crest Whitening Strips or AquaFresh Whitening Trays. Both work very well.

Reply:you can go to your dentist for a prophy cleaning...that helps alot and costs around 30-50 dollars, crest whitening strips,crest vivid white fluoride toothpaste is simply the best, calm down on things that stain your teeth loke smoking,dark sodas (coke,pepsi..ect), even tea will stain your teeth
