Any suggestions for whiter teeth?

My natural teeth color is yellow. *sob* I tried to make my teeth whiter but to no avail. *sob again* I dont smoke and drink coffee. How to make my teeth whiter? Well, I live in Singapore so if you ask me to get those Crest White Strips i think it is impossible. :

Reply:I like to use baking soda. It taste bad, but if I brush my teeth with it every day for a week I get a naturally whiter smile! It's a lot cheaper than crest white strips too.

If you don't want yellow teeth, drink milk, and avoid gum or candies, so you don't get cavities, and brush your teeth after every meal with tooth-paste. When I went to my dentist, he recommend me to brush my teeth with SF 5000 Plus toothpaste, which its great b.c it leaves my teeth whiter and cleaner, and it prevents cavities. Try to go to pharmacy and see if they have the toothpaste, if they dont, just brush them and use mouthwash.
