Due to my huge love affair with coffee, I had stained teeth. I asked my dentist what I could do at home and that is the instructions he gave me. I works, it just takes time. doing it too often however can wear away the enamel on your teeth. also told to me by my dentist. just stick to it once a week okay

Reply:My Mother used to brush with salt. But I wouldn't recommend it too often as it is abrasive and might damage the enamel.
