i am an american and my teeth are a far cry from perfect, i dont know why british people get such a bad rap when it comes to their teeth. americans are very vain and for some reason they feel they have to look perfect. unfortunately, if you dont have money, i guess you have to look like everyone else, not like a barbie doll. i just tell people, if u dont like what u see, then dont look-lol.

If you mean specifically the folks in hollywood, they do not have teeth like the rest of americans, they go get them bleached every so often

Reply:Actually darling I just happen to know a wonderful dentist in Texas who has an office in Mexico and El Paso,gets his supplies from Mexico and therefore can do cheap, quality work unlike the overpaid dentists of America. I can get porcelain crowns like the movie stars and make out like a bandit on the cost.I'm actually taking the 18 hour drive there next month on the 6th. Can you beleive even with the crazy gas prices and hotel, it's STILL going to be cheaper than going to one in town?!?!I love a good smile and BTW JOHNSTEELSMITH...if you're a false tooth maker than you should know they have many shades of white that they match up to the rest of your teeth to make it look natural...at least the good ones do. No matter where someone is from, I do not want to stick my tongue in someone's mouth if their teeth are rotting out. Eyes and smile are the first thing I notice when I meet someone. You shouldn't let these things get to you.Everyone's just PMSing these days, I got sucked into it a few days ago and realized how foolish I felt a couple of days later. I dated a british guy before and he was sweet with nice teeth. As well as the mexican guy I'm dating now. As well as the American men I've dated too. I'm sorry if someone was mean to the british. Personally I think white teeth look totally false and doctored, give me natural looking teeth that have not had all the internal and natural colours bleached out of them.


Natural colour will always look more attractive than FALSE ONES.


Dental technicians spend hours and hours when building up the layers of artificial teeth from porcelain to make them look natural.


Perhaps they should not bother and make them all white.

It's called brushing your teeth. And they sell whiteners. I'm sure that if you look in the personal health section of your local store, you'll probably find one or more of these products along with deodorant, razors and combs.

I watched a program about an American family who bleached their teeth, and who drank coffee through a straw as not to stain them how weird is that.
