Teeth whiter???

does anyone know the best "afforable" way to whiten teeth?? i just want them to be white haha and i dont know if those stripes things work. so neone got white teeth?? if so how!? lol thanx!

I have read over and over that the Crest Whitestrips work the best, but I can't keep them on my teeth as long as they say, nor can I use them every day for two weeks, as they recommend. My teeth just get too sensitive. I have used them for about 15 minutes, every other day, for a week, and I do see some improvement. I also use Sensodyne toothpaste when I'm using the Whitestrips, which helps with the tooth sensitivity. If you're going to do it yourself, try the Crest Whitestrips, but having the dentist do it for you is much more effective and efficient--of course, much more expensive!
Reply:Ive tried the whitestrips, and personally, I don't think that they work very well. the thing that works best for me is a good ol' cleaning by the dentist.

Reply:Crest Whitestrips. If that doesn't work, use Arm %26amp; Hammer toothpaste with baking soda. Baking soda is an active ingredient in good toothpastes. Also use a mint mouthwash so people don't insult your breath.
Reply:Be careful with whitening toothpastes, if you have sensitive teeth. They are very abrasive
Reply:Actually the Crest Strips are pretty successful, I've tried them twice and I use the Vivid White toothpaste. I now have a pretty white smile. White strips have been very beneficial for myself. In addition, I don't smoke or drink a lot of caffine either.
