Baking soda is great for the teeth, but tastes awful. You just make a paste out of baking soda and water.
Eatting fruit will help to naturally clean your teeth too. Citrus fruits are best because the acid is what will break down those stains.

the active ingredient of whitening agents is CARBAMIDE PEROXIDE.
No it;s not the same as plain peroxide.
If you watch the history channel, people used to use urine to whiten teeth. It did whiten teeth until it wore away all the enamel. B/c urine has ACID!
ACID like from fruit will REMOVE ENAMEL from your teeth!! Think of rust and how it eats steel. You want to change the optic properties of your teeth. Whiten them. NOT destroy them!
please if you just want cleaner teeth, then brush and floss. That will get rid of the plaque which darkens them.
pls don't try any home remedies.
Reply:Take a strawberry, cut it in half. Then, take a half and work it against your teeth. Do this for a week and you'll see results
