WHITER TEETH! Please Help Me?

I Have allways hated my teeth.

I dont drink coffee, or tea or smoke. Although i do drink coke?

Will this harm them?

And How can i get them whiter?

I HAVE HEARD ABOUT CREST WHITENING STRIPS

SO MY MAIN QUESTION IS HOW MUCH ARE THEY,,

+ DO THEY WORK?

WHITER TEETH! Please Help Me?
they do work - they cost about $30.00 for a box. Just follow the directions.
Reply:I wouldnt go with the srips, I would only recommend is that you brush like crazy! Like after every meal, cuz the strips are just a bunch of chemicals that just stain you teeth. Trust me.
Reply:Yes, Coke can damage and darken your teeth - don't drink too much of it, and don't let it linger in your mouth or sip it over a long period of time when you do drink it.

Crest Whitestrips and other over-the-counter whiteners do work temporarily. Your dentist can offer you a more expensive, but more personalized and more effective treatment to use at home. The dentist takes a mold of your teeth and gives you a plastic mold of your teeth to fill with a special gel. 30 minutes once a month makes a noticeable difference.

But keep in mind that your teeth aren't necessarily meant to be blindingly white. Like your skin tone, some peole just have naturally ivory/cream colored teeth instead of blank white.
Reply:I'd try to rinse out your mouth after each coke.. and try to cut down on the coke some. But if you want to try the strips:

I've had a sample of crest whitening strips.. it worked some the first time i used it. The price? Good question. I think they sell a big pack of like 50 or more at the grocery stores/walmart/cvs/walgreens.
Reply:Crest Whitestrips might work, but if it's severe stains, you're better off seeing your dentist to find out what they recommend for whitening. They may be able to give you a whitening treatment that will be more effective, or if they're some underlying problem causing your teeth to not be white, they can work with you to solve the problem.
Reply:Stop drinking coke and brush your teeth after every meal and that is how you keep your teeth nice, clean, and white.
Reply:I would see my dentist first of all.

But, if you want whiter teeth one thing you can do is to brush your teeth with baking soda. It tastes horrible but it does work well.

Also, another way is to rinse your mouth out with peroxide.

Just take a sip of it and squish it around in your mouth while your taking a shower for a while. It will basically have the same effects as the white strips at a much lower cost.
Reply:There are many home remedies to whiten teeth, such as the old baking soda and peroxide trick, but I would suggest going to a dentist about this question. They will know the best to use and the best way to use it. Hope I helped!
Reply:Some toothpastes claim to whiten teeth. There's nothing wrong with using whitening toothpastes as long as they also contain fluoride and ingredients that fight plaque and tartar. Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good.
