ok, since a kid my teeth have always been slightly discoloured. Like slightly yellowish, i brush my teeth 3 times a day, what can i do to make them whiter?

You can try Crest Whitestrips. I tried them at my dentist's recommendation. They worked great, but I was in total agony. My teeth are fairly sensitive to start with and I went ahead and used them and my teeth were so sore for weeks afterward. Again, they did work though. After I explained this to my dentist he said that I could have stretched out the treatment by just doing it once daily or something like that and it wouldn't have been so painful at a lower use. Lately though, I've been use Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse. I like it a lot better. It uses peroxide just like the Crest Whitestrips, but it's a lower dose and all you do is rinse your teeth with it for one minute before you brush them. I think it works great and I haven't had any negative side effects. I've been using it for about a year. Good luck!! :)

Well you can use Crest's Whitestrips. They make your teeth pearly white!! Or get them cleaned weekly by the dentist.

Reply:You could pay a small fortune to have them proffessionaly whitened. However most people do have slightly yellow teeth - you could use some fake tan to make them appear whiter lol

Reply:If you don't want to bleach your teeth you can mix up a paste of bicarb. soda and water and brush away, this is a mild abrasive to remove surface staining ie. coffee but if the staining is internal it won't help. Rubbing a fresh strawberry over the front of your teeth is another thing I have heard of. Also wearing red lipstick will make your teeth look whiter
