Is there a way to get whiter teeth?

i want to get whiter teeth just from home appliances so is there any suggestions on what i can do to get whiter teeth??? if so how?

I brush my teeth with good old-fashioned baking soda and hydrogen peroxide a few times a week.





Also, rinsing with hydrogen peroxide can help whiten teeth.





My friends have always been amazed at how white my teeth are without the use of the expensive chemicals and dentist's treatments.
Reply:You should try Crest White Strips. Some of my patients have used them and they have gotten really good results. The best thing to do is to have your dentist make you some whitening trays. That is what I use and my teeth are sooooo white. It is a little expensive but it is well worth it. Before you use any whitening product you should use some toothpaste for sensitive teeth and continue to use it while you are whitening your teeth because it will make your teeth sensitive to cold but it will go away once you are done. Reply:white strips from the drug store.. or wal mart, they also have a cheap brand (equate) that i used and they worked great. i fallowed directions for one week, know i use them once a week. it depends on if you are a smoker, drink a lot of tea or coffee. so good luck.
