Start off by getting a good whitening toothpaste, that alone may be enough. But if you need to lighten them a few shades then I recommend Crest White Strips or the Listerine ones, they both work great and you'll see results pretty quickly.





I know how you feel, instead of being happy about getting my braces off I was kind of disappointed because my teeth didn't look white. What it really took were a few good brushings without the braces in the way and they looked great :) Once I started using the strips they were perfect in no time.

Reply:You can either get them professionally cleaned or if you dont feel like spending a lot of money, you can go to any drugstore and get crest white strips. i had them before and they work pretty good.

wel u can either go to the dentist and get them whiten(quick way) or get a whitening toothpaste(lnger)
