I would love to have whiter teeth, any suggestions?

Hi, i would love to have whiter teeth. I look at other peoples teeth all the time and either feel i want their lovely white teeth of ''oh god i hope my teeth dont look as yellow as that'' i smoke and i drink a lot of tea. i always brush my teeth but they arent ever white. does anyone know any products i could get (in ireland) or anything i could do at home? Im a student and cant afford going to dentist for a polish!

always be your self. Natural colour is the best. Try teeth bleaching.

get an evaluation. some stains are "extrinsic stains" and some are "intrinsic stains" depending on which, will determine which whitening agent is the best for you.





Also you can't whiten cavities. They should be filled before any whitening agent is placed.





Get your teeth professionally cleaned. Can't whiten teeth with tartar and plaque.





Once that's done you can do the Crest White strips. But i would do custom trays. Very pricey but great results.





Stay away from Colas, wines, coffees and teas to maintain your results.
Reply:You're may not like this, but you say you smoke - seriously, quitting is the best way to get your teeth whiter. If you can give up, put aside the money you would have spent on cigarettes and you'll soon have enough to get a professional polish. When you see the results, that'll also give you incentive not to go back to smoking.

Reply:Crest whitestrips are easy and affordable. They don't damage your teeth at all. I have been using them for a long time now. They will get your teeth as white as you want them. And when they are your desired color just stop using them.
